Upon our consultancy, the expansion unit of Orka Group’s Headquarters, in the bare form of structural work had been decided by the group to be demolished due to the reason that non compliance to earthquake regulations.
The existing structure had been demolished and a new building conforming to earthquake regulation had been projected and constructed by our company, as a 5 floor reinforced concrete building with a total area of 880 m2.
The construction had started at December 10, 2000 and completed at April 25, 2001.
